Bacon-Wrapped Scallops!


My latest obsession!? Bacon-wrapped scallops. And I make them MYSELF!

It's super easy! Here's how:

You'll Need:

Scallops

Bacon

1 tbs. Butter

1 Lemon

Salt

Pepper

Parsley

Toothpicks

Baking sheet

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven for 375*

2. Season scallops to taste with salt and pepper (or add favorite seafood seasonings ie. lemon pepper, season all salt, etc.)

3. Squeeze lemon juice over scallops, remove seeds

4. Individually roll bacon around scallop

5. Stick toothpick horizontally through back and scallops to maintain wrap

6. Place on baking sheet

7. Bake for 15-20 until bacon is fully cooked

8. Sprinkle with parsley

9. Remove toothpick

10. Enjoy!
